• AI-powered infrastructure detection and analysis
• Citizen reporting platform for urban issues

• API access for authorized partners
Our services are designed to support city administrations in maintaining and improving urban infrastructure.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the LEO platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. User Contributions
When you submit citizen reports or other content through our platform, you:
• Grant LEO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purposes of operating and improving our services
• Represent that you have the right to submit such content
• Agree not to submit false, misleading, or malicious reports
• Accept that your contributions may be shared with partner municipalities
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in your original content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the LEO platform to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false or fraudulent reports
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users
• Transmit malware or other harmful code
• Engage in any activity that could damage or impair the platform
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access.
6. Intellectual Property
The LEO platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the LEO Initiative and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without explicit written permission.
The LEO name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the LEO Initiative.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the LEO platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

THE LEO PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All detected infrastructure issues are accurate or complete
• The platform will meet your specific requirements
• Data transmission will be secure at all times
You use the platform at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LEO INITIATIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services, if any, during the twelve months prior to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the LEO Initiative, its partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the platform
12. Modifications to Terms

13. Termination
